To help us help you faster, write in the email:

  1. What you were doing when the problem appeared, step by step.
  2. What you expected and what happened.
  3. The program version: in the EFS tab, open the Easy Form Studio panel. The top of the panel says Version 2.0.….
  4. Computer: Mac or Windows.
  5. If you can, attach a screenshot and the project (.blend file). If the project is large, send it via WeTransfer or Google Drive.

Before you write

Look at the FAQ and the chapter on the topic that is giving you trouble. The search box at the top right searches the whole manual.

Videos

Every chapter of the manual has its own video on the Easy Form Studio YouTube channel. The videos show the main workflow in a few minutes, and the manual gives all the details.
