Chapters

In short

  1. 01Two runs meet in the corner. The space deep in the corner is hard to reach, and the doors and handles of the two runs can clash.
  2. 02An L-shaped corner unit has two wings and two doors. The wings are 562 mm deep, 580 mm with the doors, in line with the neighbours.
  3. 03A blind corner is an ordinary cabinet that runs into the corner behind the other run. It needs a filler, usually 60 mm, so the doors and handles can clear.
  4. 04Carousels and pull-out fittings bring forward what is deep in the corner. Their fitting sizes come from the manufacturer's catalogue.
  5. 05A diagonal unit has a door set across the corner at an angle. The space behind it is large, but the door is wide.
  6. 06A wall corner unit has wings 332 mm deep, 350 mm with the doors, in line with the wall units.
