Cutting list for other software, doubled boards and your own hardware

New

  • Cutting list for other software (Export): CSV or Excel in the layout of a preset, e.g. for Mareta WinTable. You choose the columns and their order, the separator, the decimal mark and the encoding.
  • The workshop's material codes (with a texture flag), edge tape codes and short part names, kept for all projects.
  • Doubled boards: a thick part glued from two boards of half the thickness, cut oversize. The cutting list, cutting diagrams, supplier order, quote and labels count two boards, and a project rule doubles every board from a thickness you set.
  • Edge tape in a decor of its own (Tape decor): it shows on the board's edges, and the metres of tape go under its decor.
  • Hardware catalog in the Project hardware panel: a new hinge or slide from a form with the manufacturer's sizes, catalog import, the catalog folder and reloading without a restart.

Changed

  • Edge bander pre-mills is on by default: the saw cuts the finished size. Turn it off under Export > Settings if your edge bander has no pre-milling.

Fixed

  • A cornice covers the end panels of its cabinets, with no step over the panel.

Six new languages

Easy Form Studio now speaks German, Polish, Italian, French, Czech and Spanish.

New

  • The interface, templates and template thumbnails in six new languages.
  • Numbers, decimal marks and dates follow the interface language (Bill of Materials, quote, hardware, labels).
  • The 3D viewer and configurator speak the project's language: buttons, material names, the part card, the Parts menu and the hints for rotating, moving and zooming.
  • The EasyFormStudio app starts in the system's language when EFS speaks it.
  • The user manual and the website in all eight languages.
  • A “Trial ends in 1 day” notice.

Fixed

  • CNC files write Polish, Czech, German and French letters readably.
  • New cabinets in a French, Spanish or Polish interface; drawer part numbers.
  • Appliances are recognised in every language.
  • Typos and wrong words in the English texts.

Easy Form Studio 2

The biggest release so far: templates for the whole home, production-ready hardware and joints, worktops, room documentation, a customer quote and a subscription inside the add-on.

Templates and working with cabinets

  • 40 new templates: wardrobes, bathroom, living room, bedroom, hallway, office and kitchen; new categories Hallway and Office.
  • Template thumbnails are front drawings (closed and inside) with dimensions.
  • My templates: save your own cabinet as a template, with a Shift+A menu and a right-click menu on the cabinet.
  • New cabinets and templates go next to the selected cabinet; fill the gap, align, relate.
  • Work on several cabinets at once.
  • My settings: the workshop's own defaults for new cabinets and projects.
  • Shelves and dividers in one cabinet, in compartments.
  • Templates carry their free boards (worktop, kickboard, fillers).

Hardware and construction

  • Project hardware: hinges, slides, handles and joints set once for the whole project.
  • Adjustable shelves on System 32.
  • Confirmat and minifix carcass joints; cross rails and dividers get joints too.
  • Flap lifts, wall unit hangers, push to open, LED and gola in the Bill of Materials.
  • Clothes rail, kickboard, cornice, fillers, end panels, sliding doors, pipe and siphon cut-outs.
  • Corner cabinets get hinge, plate and handle drillings.

Worktops

  • Worktops with sink and hob cut-outs and corner joints.
  • Worktops and kickboards of two runs join in the corner.

Production and CNC

  • Production package: every production file in one project folder, in one click.
  • The cut size is the finished size less the edge tape (cutting list, nesting, labels, PDF).
  • DXF, MPR and CIX describe the board as the CNC cuts it, before edge banding.
  • Project check: a finding opens its object, and exports warn when the check finds errors.

Quote and prices

  • A customer quote with a price per element and the total, with the internal calculation beside it.
  • Saved offcuts are used up and are no longer doubled.
  • Your own price list and hardware catalogs live outside the add-on folder and stay after updates.

Room

  • Room documentation as a PDF: floor plan, wall elevations and installation plan.

Web and 3D viewer

  • The QR code on a label opens the part and highlights it in the 3D model; the Parts menu highlights several parts at once.
  • The assembly instructions of a published project link to the 3D view.
  • Delete a published project from the web.
  • A warning when decor images are missing.

Learning and help

  • 12 interactive tours through the add-on and a welcome card at startup.
  • The user manual opens from the add-on.
  • Tooltips for 20 commands and 17 construction choices.
  • AI assistant (beta): builds cabinets from templates on request and offers tours.
  • The version number on top of the Easy Form Studio panel.
  • New keys R, U, O and Ctrl+Shift+E; an error log with clear messages; the customer render runs in the background.

Account and subscription

  • A subscription inside the add-on and the Account panel; a plan change is confirmed as an order, and invoices open as the fiscalised invoice.
  • A 14-day free trial.

Fixed (selection)

  • Decors at real size along the grain; they stay after cuts, gola and copies (Shift+D).
  • Changing fronts and drawers no longer resets the front decor.
  • Croatian number formats in the quote, the order and the cost estimate (1.504,30 €, 2,95 m²).
  • Croatian letters on labels, in PDF and DXF; MPR and CIX write č ć š ž đ without question marks.
  • The quote's lines add up to its total.
  • Customer render: the camera inside the room, a light when the scene has none, the GPU on Windows and Linux too.
  • Web publish makes every texture small, so big projects are no longer refused.
  • Updates keep your own asset catalogs.
